BOOKING INFORMATION
Prices quoted are in Euro (€), per person per night incl. breakfast and excl. local tax (€ 3,00 per person and night from the age of 15 and older).
The St. Anton Summer card is included in the summer price. There will be an extra charge for the St. Anton Summer card-Premium.
Deposit Policy
Reservations require an initial deposit of 40% of the total amount at the time of booking.
Booking Confirmation
Having received your deposit we will write to you confirming that your accommodation has been booked and provide further details
Short Stays
A 10% surcharge applies to short stays up to 3 nights.

Payment Options
We accept payments in cash, by bank transfer (deposit), EC Card (Maestro) or Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard). Please note that we do not accept Amex or Diners Club.

Insurance
We recommend that you purchase trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances: European Travel Insurance.
Check-In & Check-Out
Your apartment will be ready from 02.00pm. Please let us know if you should arrive later than 07.00pm. We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 am to enable us to get ready for the next guest.
Parking
Park easily and comfortably at the house and it is available to all other guests free of charge during your stay.
Wifi free in the entire house.
Dinner
In only two minutes, you will be in the vibrant pedestrian zone with its restaurants and cafés.
Breakfast
Only the best the region has to offer, most products from our own farm: your breakfast at the Chalet Rosanna.
Ski depot and Ski pass
Our all-round carefree package for skiers includes the sale of ski tickets and a ski storage room in the house. You can also store your skis for free at Sport Alber directly at the Galzig-valley station
